What the job includes
Removal and prep
Old flooring out and the subfloor leveled and prepared. LVP shows every flaw underneath it if the prep is skipped.
Product guidance
Not all LVP is equal. We walk you through wear layer, thickness, and water rating so you buy the right plank once.
Clean installation
Tight seams, clean transitions between rooms, and trim finished properly. Left clean when we leave.

What it costs
LVP pricing depends on square footage, the plank you choose, and how much prep the subfloor needs. Plank quality varies widely, and we tell you plainly where spending more is worth it and where it is not.
We measure in person and give you a firm number before any work starts. Deposit up front, balance at completion.

Is LVP waterproof?
Most quality LVP is highly water resistant and many products are rated waterproof. We confirm the rating of the specific plank before you commit to it.
LVP or hardwood?
Hardwood suits living areas and adds long-term value. LVP wins in wet rooms and high-traffic homes. Many of our projects use both, and we help you decide room by room.
Can LVP go over my existing floor?
Sometimes, if the existing floor is flat and sound. We check during the in-home visit rather than assume.
