Removal and prep
Old flooring comes out, including carpet. The subfloor gets prepared properly before a single board goes down.
Precise installation
Solid or engineered hardwood, laid straight and finished correctly the first time. No repeat visits, no avoidable repairs.
Clean handover
Floors left clean and the site cleared. We check you are happy with the work before we call the job done.

What it costs
Hardwood pricing depends on square footage, the species and grade of wood you choose, and the condition of your subfloor. We do not quote from photos because guesses turn into change orders.
We measure in person and give you a firm number before any work starts. Deposit up front, balance at completion.

Can you replace our carpet with hardwood?
Yes. Carpet out, subfloor prepped, hardwood in. It is one of the most common jobs we do.
Solid or engineered hardwood?
It depends on the room, the subfloor, and how you live on it. We look at your space during the in-home visit and recommend what fits, not what is most expensive.
Do you do small repairs?
Our work is whole rooms and larger. For a single damaged board or a small patch, a handyman is usually the better value, and we will tell you so.
